Rent the Community Center

The Woodgate Farms community center at 27275 Watkin Rd is made available to homeowners in good standing in the homeowners association for a nominal fee. At no time is the community center made available free of charge to any resident in the community for any reason.

Reserved indicates the center has been rented by another homeowner and is not available at this time  Pending indicates a homeowner has sent an email in order to reserve the community center and has 7 days to mail a rental check for $175 and a second deposit check for $150. If there is no status then the date is available for rental.

To reserve the community center, email cc@woodgatefarms.org and include your name, address, phone number and date you would like to reserve the community center. Emails for the same day will be processed in the order received. All rental agreements must be mailed to the management company for processing. Main room size is approximately 30×60 feet. besides the furniture in the main room there are 4 large round tables that seat 8 people, 8 rectangular 6 foot tables that seat 8 people and 60 chairs. Amenities include a 50 inch TV (Local HDTV stations only) above the fireplace, microwave oven, refrigerator, sink in the kitchen area and separate restrooms.
